We provide high quality, efficient, and cost effective public services that lessen the burden of cost of living on vulnerable communities. This reduces the dependence on government support and puts more money into the economic stream to build a stronger more sustainable economy and to instill a value into the individuals and physical assets of the communities we are apart of.
PNOLA Blue - Community Planning and Development
In our earliest days, PNOLA lead the community planning initiative for Lower Mid-City, revitalizing a forgotten urban fabric of New Orleans. We have teamed with academics, government and professional planners over the last 6 years to provide vital planning and development work for our area. Initiatives include Broad Street Main Street, the LSU/VA Hospitals, the BioDistrict, Lafitte Greenway, NPN, Broad Street Flea Market and ReFresh Project, St. Roch Project, and New City, UNOP, Lambert Plans, and Canal Housing, 3028 Cleveland Ave, and more to come.
